Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia: The bar exam is given according to the law

The Ministry of Justice of North Macedonia has reacted to the protest of Albanian students, emphasizing that the bar exam is given in accordance with the law in force.

"This is a professional exam that does not constitute an administrative procedure, but a mechanism for ensuring quality and professionalism in the legal system. The Ministry of Justice remains open to constructive dialogue and carefully examines initiatives and proposals, within the framework of legal competences," the reaction states.

The ministry led by Igor Fillkov also criticized the lack of state symbols in the Albanian student protest while expressing concern about the role of an opposition party in these protests, raising suspicions of political instrumentalization and the use of ethnic rhetoric for certain purposes./Alsat.mk.
