US warning on Albania's security, Nufi: There is no room for panic, but for vigilance

The United States Embassy in Tirana has reacted regarding the security situation in Albania in the context of international developments.

For Euronews Albania, the Embassy emphasizes that the safety and protection of American citizens remains a top priority.

“The Trump Administration has no higher priority than the safety and security of American citizens. We are working closely with Albanian authorities to assess the situation and mitigate security risks. The U.S. Embassy values ​​its close cooperation on security matters with the Government of Albania, which has demonstrated a continued commitment to ensuring the safety of American citizens and Albania. We will provide more information as it becomes available,” the response states.

The Public Relations Section of the US Embassy in Tirana emphasizes that cooperation with Albanian authorities is key to managing any risk and ensuring the protection of citizens.

Albanian Minister of Defense, Ermal Nufi, regarding the warning that the US Embassy had sent a few days ago to inform citizens about security measures and possible dangers from Iran.
