The Director of Durres Prison Dies

The Director of the Institution for the Execution of Criminal Decisions in Durrës, Edmond Llabani, has passed away.

He took office at this institution after Altin Ndoc's escape, taking over the prison at a sensitive moment for security, Euronews.al reports. Periscopes.
