Ehat Miftaraj from the Kosovo Law Institute said that the government "doesn't even understand" the gravity of the fuel price hike because they travel in official cars "for nothing."
Regarding the price recorded today at 1 euro and 91 cents, Miftaraj ironically said that "maybe it's not too expensive."
